Vibrational Therapy

Vibrational Therapy, also known as Vibrational Medicine, puts a scientific twist on health and wellness. It’s based on a scientific principal that all matter vibrates through natural energy. When injured or damaged, energy in our body can become stagnant and out of balance.

When the vibrations are transmitted to your body, they cause your muscles to contract and relax. Certain types of vibrations may also cause your body to produce more osteoblasts. These are cells that produce bone. The direction and intensity of vibrations may determine how well vibration therapy works.

Tuning forks are precise instruments that have the ability to change our inner tuning by creating a resonance throughout our mind, emotions, and body. A tuning fork serves as a useful illustration of how a vibrating object can produce sound. The fork consists of a handle and two tines. When the tuning fork is hit with a rubber hammer, the tines begin to vibrate. The back and forth vibration of the tines produce disturbances of surrounding air molecules.

T Zone Vibration Machine  As the machine vibrates, it transmits energy to your body, forcing your muscles to contract and relax dozens of times each second. … Some research does show that whole-body vibration may help improve muscle strength and that it may help with weight loss when you also cut back on calories.

Tibetan singing bowls are a type of bell that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. Also known as singing bowls or Himalayan bowls,Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties.
They were apparently first used to collect donations, later as musical instruments and finally as healing tools. Musical instruments have been used by many peoples for ritualistic purposes. The singing bowls seem to be one of the ritual instruments used by Buddhists.

What is Vibration/Sound Therapy based on?

Vibration/Sound Therapy is based on the idea that all illness or disease is characterized by blockage in the channels on some level. When there is a blockage, the organ in question stops vibrating at a healthy frequency and thus it results in some kind of illness. Through sound and light one can break up, dissolve and release these blockages that initiate in our light or etheric body.

Do the chakras, bones and organs in the body possess a different resonant frequency?

Yes, the chakras, bones, and organs in the body all possess a different resonant frequency.

What happens when an organ or part of the body is non-harmonious?

When an organ or part of the body is vibrating out of tune or non-harmoniously, it is called a “dis-ease.” or disease. A body is in a healthy state of being when each cell, each organ creates a resonance that is in harmony with the whole being.

Is Vibration/Sound Therapy used in the Medical Field?

Yes. Ultrasound has been used extensively in medicine for decades as a diagnostic tool that assists with therapeutic intervention. Ultrasound works by bouncing sound waves off of body parts to create images. It is used to exam organs in the body, checks for blood flow, and detects disease. Urologists use vibrational energy to break up stones in the urinary tract. Lasers, which are amplified light energy, are used frequently in surgery.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging Scanners (M.R.I.) are used by Radiologists. They are powerful diagnostic tools that shift the electrons in the cells. They work by detecting radio frequency signals emitted by excited Hydrogen atoms using energy from an oscillating magnetic field applied at the appropriate resonant frequency.

What types of Vibration/Sound Therapy are offered at Heaven Scent?

Chakra Tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls

Crystal Sound Therapy through Chakra Tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls that are precisely manufactured from the highest quality (over 99% pure) quartz crystal. Each bowl is hand-tuned to a note of the diatonic musical scale. When played, the bowl resonates (“sings”) its particular note, opening and balancing the corresponding energy vortex (Chakra) of the body. The note the bowl is tuned to play determines which Chakra is balanced. The size of the bowl determines its tone and octave (the bigger the bowl, the deeper the tone and the lower the octave).

What does pure quartz contain?

Pure quartz contains the full spectrum of light that is related to seven energy centers (chakras) and thus brings pure light through sound as specific colour back into the listeners’ human aura. The Chakra Tuned “Singing” Quartz Crystal Bowls use specific colours that compliment each Chakra. Each colour relates to an individual physical center.

What Tone does each crystal bowl produce?

Everything in the universe is in a state of vibration and the frequency at which an object or person most naturally vibrates is called resonance. The tone of each crystal bowl produces a vibration sound field which resonates with the light body chakra and corresponding physical area. A series of crystal sound therapy facilitates the rebalancing of the treated individual into an elevated level of etheric radiance.

What is the effect when a crystal bowl is played?

The effect is multiplied as the crystal bowls are played. Crystal acts as an oscillator, magnifying and transmitting pure tone. This is why pure silicon crystal is used in all of our most advanced telecommunication systems. Like a powerful radio transmitter, the crystal bowls transmit energy into the atmosphere, filling a person’s aura with vibration radiance.

How does one receive Crystal Bowl Therapy?

The client lays fully clothed on a body work table or sitting in a comfortable chair depending upon their comfort level.

A group of people may experience a series of Sound Healing Classes in special group appointments. For groups we use chairs or have individuals bring their own yoga mats depending upon each individual’s preference.

How might I feel after receiving the Crystal Bowl Therapy?

It is not uncommon for people to say that they feel a profound and deep sense of inner peace and calm and a reduction of pain, discomfort, stress and anxiety.

The Paiste Gong:

What do the sounds of the Gong facilitate?

The sounds of the gong facilitate the movement of energy, as they balance and tone the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. With their ability to induce a spontaneous meditative space and the quieting of mental chatter, the gong offers an opportunity for expanded awareness, increased vitality, healing, and higher consciousness. When the Gong sings, one is connected to the power of the Sound’s healing resonance.

What effect does Gong Therapy have?

The sounds and vibrations of the gong create deep relaxation and a state of meditation by altering brain waves from Beta (waking state) to Theta and Delta (deep meditation).
“Gong therapy relieves stress and has a profound, revitalizing effect on the immune and nervous systems. When you bathe in the healing sound of the sacred gong no mind chatter can stand in the way. The wave of total sound is both heard with the ears and felt as a powerful vibration sweeping over and penetrating deeply into the body – cleansing, releasing, healing and harmonizing on all levels.” Guru Ram Kaur

What is a Gong Immersion?

Gong Immersion does not require a specific belief structure or discipline of practice. All one needs to do is to be present, allowing the sounds of the Gong to bathe the body and carry the mind. The experience will show up in the manner in which it is specifically needed for each person, thus supporting that person’s individual process and healing potential..

Our Gong Immersions are experiences in which the sacred healing sounds of the Gongs bathe the participants with sustained waves of sound. We honour every individual. We hold a safe, clear, open and sacred space to allow everyone to engage in their own, physical, emotional and spiritual process.

How do I prepare for a Gong Immersion?

During a gong immersion we recommend that you bring:

  • A yoga mat, sleeping bag or camping pad with a small blanket
  • A second blanket to cover yourself with
  • A pillow for under your knees or head if that will make you more comfortable
  • A bottle of water
  • Optional: eye cover if you would like one

During a gong immersion you may lay on your back, your stomach, your side, or you may sit up. If you need to sit up and if a chair is more comfortable, let us know, and we will have one available for you.
